1 Family Services in Indian Country, in collaboration with the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians Tribe, has initiated a new Tribal Child Support Program. Our primary goal is to ensure every child receives full benefits, as mandated by Congress, while maintaining cost-efficiency for Tribal Governments and upholding Tribal Sovereignty.

Located on the tribal lands of the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians, our program serves all counties within Tribal Communities located in Mississippi and Tennessee, aiming to provide convenience and support to families like yours. We extend a warm welcome to you and your family and are thrilled to have you as a part of our community.
